I was using the older version of Zune software for the longest time, and recently I decided to update to the newer version. I only use it to play music sometimes, and mainly to access my comp from my xbox 360. I do not have a zune. I run Microsoft XP Pro. My problem is that when I open the zune software, it just freezes up and does nothing. I tried leaving it on over night, assuming that it may be syncing my music folders, and for some reason giving me no indication, but that didn't seem to work. I tried adding two dword values with some names that a link on these forums, gave me, with a value code of 1 (hexidecimal default). That basically gave the zune software a couple of seconds before freezing up, after I opened it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
