Let me start off by explaining what I have done so far. I built an amd system with a gigabyte 690v motherboard. Tried to sync my zune and it wouldn't work. Called both the OS and Zune support for about a total of 8 hours now. I recently decided to change the motherboard to a 780g board. Still won't reconize.
Please, if anyone has any ideas.
My zune is the orginial 30gb and my OS is windows XP pro.
