I accidentally dropped my Zune today. Not a big drop. When I pressed down, it froze and it highlighted both Music and Video. I resetted it but it came with an Error 5 message (the one that says contact support). The worst part is that I live in Australia so i HAVE no support. Am I screwed? I just got it a week or so ago. I decided to do a full reset.
However, how long does it take to rebuild an 80gb hard drive? My thing has been on Please Wait for a long time. Does it have something to do with leaving it connected to my PC? Because I have to leave it connected or else it just turns off since the battery dies.
