Zune Problem

When I plugged my zune into the computer to charge it was fine Until I touched it and it like had a static shock and reseted itself.  After that happened my back button didn't work anymore.  I don't know what to do or how to fix it.  Can anyone help? 

i charged my zune and i unplugged it i started to use it and it froze i tryed every thing to unfreeze it but nothing works. it turns off when the battery is dead...
