head phone jack problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so, a few months ago someone hit my zune out of my hands then it started to only work in one head phone now you just cant hear anything I NEED ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!! also its not the headphone I've tried a bunch of different kinds
