well heres my story well i have all this music and well i could play it and all with no problem everything was working fine then randomly that error came out from nowhere and no i cant play anything. the last time i connected my zune to the pc was like 3 months ago. and all that time it was working correctly i charge it from the wall or in the car. soo yea is there some solution to this problem? i been researching for a while now and all i see is ppl saying do a hard reset and it will be fixed but it kinda sounds like they are just saying that because they actually dont know anything. has microsoft said anything about this? or some concrete solution besides hard reset??
