Having an idea of which one to replace would be helpful, especially because I don't have access to another system to test components individually. The PC will power on just fine without the card inserted, but if i insert the GFX card and then try to turn it on, it wont power on at all. The motherboard Asus Maximus VI Hero shows these numbers over and over again when i try to boot with the GPU in: 15, 36 and 71 on the manual they are; Then when starting the board is there a succession of LEDs going on, then off?

is there anything at the back side of the cpu / black marks? Ergo, if it works with the 550Ti but not the 750Ti, there's an issue with the GPU.If it doesn't boot with the 550Ti -- & I'm assuming that you replaced it I don't know if this helps, the computer freezes? I've read that some mobos malfunction in cases when they're installed incorrectly, and you may not know if something's going wrong, like with a screw touching some part.
Now, should I accept a replacement from them if they offer it or should I attempt to buy from a different manufacturer?
