should i completely uninstall direct x and reinstall it? Autoplay When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next. tell me if its still happening. I can't even get back to desktop, have to use reset. There doesn't seem to be any consistency as to when it's happening either; no excess graphics load that I can find or drop in frame rate.

I've been looking meticulously for a way past this issue, but to no avail. another game it does it in is killing floor which could be a another problem of it own. Tech Support Guy is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. It told me to run the game in Win XP SP2 .
