Windows says the drivers are up to date. then Administrative tools, then Computer Management, then Disk Management, If your disk is showing Right click it and choose properties, down the bottom it will say use this device (enable) Good Check This Out
Your existing drive (WD3200YS-01PGB0) is a 3.0Gb/sec drive so your new drive should be compatible. Look under Disk drives and check for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark next to them. When I inserted it into a PC, windows must've recognized it because I got an "updating drivers" message.
