Generally this will fix any and all software problems you may have: viruses, spyware, bad drivers, failed update or removal of a program, registry errors, etc. Can anyone help?

I know the basics form Computer Repair but that also in 2001-2003 back in highschool so things have changed alot. You can quite literally restore a laptop to a previous date, a date at which you knew it was working well. If I unplug it and plug back in right away, SOMETIMES it will restart.
